Join me for an evening of deep relaxation as we take a trip through our 7 major energy centres, resting our attention at each and ushering in balance to our Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical selves.
Ahead of the upcoming silly season we have every reason to ready ourselves for the period ahead, joyous, yet sometimes difficult, let us do all we can to celebrate Christmas in the most balanced and peaceful way we can.
