An immersive group sound therapy session using gongs and therapeutic percussion. Designed to relax and promote a sense of wellbeing.
It will last approximately 45 to 50 minutes, with time to reflect on your experience afterwards.
Sound baths and gong baths are suitable for most people. Please see the Consent to participate form below as you will be required to complete one at the start of the session. If you have any questions based on the form please get in touch and I will be happy to try and answer them for you. The form is part of my commitment to making sure that the session is suitable for you and that you are kept safe.
When you arrive at the session you will be asked to complete a consent form and you will be asked these questions again.
The session will start at 11.00 am, so please arrive about 10 minutes before to complete a consent form and get settled.

There is no physical contact during the sessions
As I am still in training, this session is free, but you will be asked to complete a short evaluation form afterwards to help with my training.
Once the session has started there are no late admissions

Black Market Tattoos has kindly allowed me to use their studio for a number of sessions. They are located at 27a Horsefair Street, on the first floor, above the Bank of India. There is limited on-street parking in the local area but there is plenty of parking at Newarke Street car park and at The Highcross.
