Healing and restorative. For this special and extended practice I collaborate with holistic health coach and sound healer Laura Penneycard. Expect a blend of meditative movements, sounds and shapes. Every session is different but always starts with an aura cleansing and finishes with a healing sound bath. Evenings usually include gentle Somatic movements and Restorative Yoga, and might also include poetry, affirmations, meditations and mantras.
Suitable for beginners.
Please note - Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if you are pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker or triggered by sounds.
Please make sure you wear something comfortable and bring plenty of layers (warm socks, extra top, blanket) to be cosy. For Restorative Yoga we will use a bolster and blocks, please let me know if you are unable to bring your own. We aim to start at 7.15, please allow plenty of time to set up and settle.
