🌕🍂Eve of Hunters Moon: ✨Sauna & Sound Sauna Ritual✨

Eve of the Hunter’s Moon 🌕🍂

An autumn evening of warmth, sound and stillness

Join us beneath the autumn skies for a special guided Sauna & Sound experience at Woodland Sauna, on the eve of the Hunter’s Moon.

As the evenings draw in, step into the warmth of the sauna and enjoy a thoughtfully guided journey combining aromatic löyly, traditional oak whisking and the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls within the sauna itself.

Between rounds, embrace the contrast of the cool autumn air and an optional cold plunge, before gathering for warming refreshments by the fire.

An opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature and enjoy a little time for yourself.

Experience includes:

• Guided sauna journey with aromatic löyly
• Traditional oak whisking
• Immersive sound experience within the sauna
• Optional cold plunge and time outdoors
• Warming refreshments by the fire
