Suitable from 15 weeks of pregnancy.
Breath work, yoga, antenatal education and relaxation combine beautifully, to support you in your pregnancy and prepare you for a positive birth.
Please bring a mat if you have one and a cushion or pillow for comfort. I do have spares if needed. And please bring some water, it is important to stay hydrated. You will be required to fill out a health questionnaire before your first class.
