Join myself, Fiona Leishman evening of learning how to let your body release naturally. You will be guided through a Trauma/Tension Release Experience before bringing the body and mind into stillness with a relaxing Sunday night sound bath. Fiona is a qualified therapist who is able to assist you with anything that may come up through the session.
This session is open to men and women.
Please note *This event is suitable for all, however Sound baths are not suitable for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy, or those with sound induced epilepsy, unmanaged bipolar or psychosis. Please also advise me if you have any of the following: stent, shunt, pacemaker, metal implant or nerve damage.
Please wear comfortable clothes
Bring:
yoga mat
Blanket
and anything else you that will make you feel warm and comfortable
water
If you don't have a mat there will be some available to borrow on the evening.
