An informal women's drumming circle open to all, new to drumming or those who are experienced. We relax down with a bit of meditation and herbal tea to take us in to a lovely drum which flows to the energy of the room. We follow that energy and pause to share experiences and try whatever anyone wants to try!
It's the perfect place for an ego free exploration of the drums and their healing abilities with welcoming guides.
What to bring: whatever helps you feel comfy a cushion or blanket, a journal of you wish to note anything down you experience. Dress how you feel comfy in full glamour of a tracksuit, whatever feels good.
