Join me for an energising mid-week Nordic Walk in the beautiful Hilly Fields Park, Lewisham.
This regular mixed-level session is open to walkers who have completed a Learn To Nordic Walk course or learnt to Nordic Walk with a qualified instructor.
We will meet by the tennis courts and cafe at the top of Hilly Fields Park, SE4 1LB.
Please bring your own poles to this session.
