Sunset Pilates session with a view!
Join me in a truly special experience - a gentle flow of adapted Pilates moves and relaxing stretches on the iconic Clevedon Pier.
This session is beginner friendly and suitable for all abilities. +18
Please check individual suitability with your medical provider if you have a medical condition that could affect your ability to exercise. This session is not suitable if your are pregnant or less than 12 weeks postpartum.
Pre-exercise form to be completed before the session.
You need to bring an exercise mat, warm layers and hydration.
Please note that Clevedon Pier is a Grade 1 listed structure and the class is being held on the far end of the pier. By booking your space you agree to follow all instructions from the Pier management representative concerning the safe usage of the pier. There are narrow gaps between the wooden planks, you are advised to store any small items or phones inside larger bags. Clevedon Pier and the organiser cannot take any responsibility for the loss of any personal possessions. Photography is not allowed once the session has started. Please note that Clevedon Pier does not allow photography for commercial reasons, unless authorised by the management.
The class takes place at the far end of the pier.
16 August: doors open 6.30 - 7pm, session starts at 7.30pm
13 September: doors open 5.30 - 6pm, session starts at 6.30pm
Please note that the gate will be locked from 7pm (16 August) 6pm (13 September)
You are welcome to bring refreshments (no alcohol please)
