Begin the year with uplifting movement, deep rest, and mindful reflection.
This nurturing mini retreat weaves together slow Hatha flow, restorative yoga, and iRest yoga nidra to support calm, balance, and quiet joy — the perfect reset for body and mind as the new year unfolds.

🧘‍♂️ Take three hours to pause and recharge.

Part one: Ease in with a slow, mindful uplifting Hatha flow to release tension and awaken the body.
Part two: Sink into deep stillness through a soothing restorative yoga practice.
Part three: Conclude with iRest yoga nidra — a guided meditation for profound rest, clarity, and renewal where you will be guided towards connecting with your inner joy & happiness that is always present regardless of external circumstances.

Whether you want to reset, restore, or simply carve out time for yourself, this mini retreat offers space to breathe deeply and leave feeling centred, refreshed, and ready for the year ahead.

🕒 Approx Schedule

9:45 – Arrivals and settling in
10:00–11:00 – Slow hatha flow
11:00–11:10 – Break
11:10–12:00 – Restorative yoga
12:00–12:10 – Break
12:10–13:00 – iRest yoga nidra

🌸 Who is this for?

This mini retreat is open to everyone wishing to take time for self-care and reflection.
Whether you’re new to yoga and meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll have the chance to explore, learn, and deepen your practice in a warm and welcoming environment — alongside friendly, like-minded people.

This retreat is limited to 12 participants to allow for personal attention and a calm, spacious atmosphere.

We’ll begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and finish at 1:00 p.m.

🧘‍♂️ Your Teacher

Simon
Simon has been meditating and practising yoga since 2003, and teaching since 2010.
A British Wheel of Yoga–accredited teacher, certified iRest™ instructor, and yoga therapist, Simon blends yoga, meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement — with a touch of neuroscience — to support overall well-being and self-discovery.

Instructies

**What should you bring?

Very little!

I want this to be as stress free for you as possible but if you want to bring your own trusty mat, feel free.

There is a mat, blankets, blocks and a bolster for each one of you but you might want to bring an additional cushion or pillow for extra comfort.

**What should you wear?

We practise in bare feet or socks but not trainers. We suggest you wear layers to take off and put back on.

During restorative yoga and guided meditation your temperature is likely to drop, so be aware that you might need additional layers during this practice.

A blanket is provided but consider warm socks and additional layers to keep your comfortable during iRest Yoga Nidra.

Beyond that wear clothes that allow you to move with ease, nothing too tight that restricts you and nothing too baggy that it shoots over your head!

The nearest Underground Station is Monument on the district or circle line but London Bridge station is just 11 mins walk away or Bank is 8 minutes away

Terms and Conditions
If you need to cancel this mini retreat for any reason, as long as the cancellation is more than 14 days before the start date of the course/workshop, a full refund less a 10% admin fee will be provided. No other refunds or transfers are provided, unless we can fill your place from a waiting list, in which case we will refund the fee (less a 10% admin fee). In the instance that it is cancelled by Simon Hoten 360, you will be offered either a refund, or the option of being transferred to an alternative course/workshop.
