One of the best things about Pilates, is that people who are compromised by pain discover a new lease of life and what feels like a brand new body, through the magic of mindful exercise!
These Beginners Progression Pilates Classes will take you through the basic techniques that underpin the Pilates Method, including Alignment, Breathing, Pelvic Floor and Deep Abdominal Recruitment you will learn how to to increase your core strength and improve your flexibility, whilst staying safe and injury free.
Class sizes will be restricted to a maximum of 8 people so that each client will receive personal tuition.
Pilates is not a stop gap between injuries, it is what holds everything together and assists with every aspect of movement in life.
Niveau: Beginners Progression, Gentle
All equipment is provided, however you are welcome to bring your own mat and head cushion if you would prefer.
