Join Dr David Allen for our annual visit to Young Wood to search for mushrooms of all descriptions, followed by a cook-up of the edible ones over the camp fire. A chance to learn from an expert about the fascinating world of fungi.
Please make sure you wear suitable clothing for the day - old/outdoor clothes, long sleeves and long trousers essential because of ticks.
You will need to bring hot drinks and a packed lunch.
There are composting toilets at basecamp, water and hand wash stations.
