A lower impact, in-pool version of the fun and popular Zumba classes. Slower moving than the original class.
Aqua Zumba gives participants all the benefits of a challenging, fun, body-toning workout – in the water! Reduce stress, improve blood circulation, and tone your body with this fun and engaging session.
London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.
Instructies
There are lockers and changing rooms on site.
Please wear a bathing suit when accessing the swimming pool.
