Deeply nurture yourself with 45 minutes of pure relaxation. This session is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Including some gentle pregnancy yoga to ease away tension from the day, leading into a guided hypnobirthing relaxation, aiming to build confidence through pregnancy and labour.

A recording of the session (that lasts for 3 weeks), so you can repeat any of it.
This session is via Zoom allowing you to be in the comfort of your own home which is conducive to deep relaxation. Have handy cushions and a blanket and anything else to make this a calming self-care experience. Cameras can be turned off for a greater sense of privacy
