Join Yoga Aylesbury for a 6 week Beginners Yoga Course designed for students with no or little experience.
You will be introduced to the benefits of Yoga and basic seated and standing postures designed to strengthen and stretch. Learning simple breath exercises, meditation and relaxation, you will learn how to de-stress and calm your nervous system.
Suitable for all ages 16+ , body shapes and sizes.
Niveau: Beginner
Please bring your own yoga mat and either a blanket or something warm to wear during relaxation.
