As we move towards Beltane and the height of spring, nature is at her most vibrant and alive. Blossom is flowering, bluebells start to appear and birds are busy nesting; everything around us is growing, opening, and coming to life.
This sound bath is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with that same sense of renewal and energy within yourself. Spring carries a natural feeling of creativity, growth, and possibility - the sense that something new is emerging.
Through sound and rest, we’ll take time to let go of the heaviness of winter and tune into a lighter, more expansive way of being. Embracing longer days and the uplifted mood that comes with more sunlight and life returning.
A chance take some time for yourself, to pause, reset and breathe.
No experience needed, just come as you are and get comfortable.

Mats, blankets, cushions and eye masks are provided. Please bring a bottle of water and anything else you need to feel cosy and comfortable.
