Weekly sessions held in blocks of 6 weeks.
Come as you are; these sessions meet you as you are.
There’s some movement in time with the breath and some stillness and some dancing and a laugh or two.
There’s always some relaxation to finish.
These are ‘ self referral’ sessions for those newly diagnosed, in treatment, impacted by treatment, in remission.

West Heath Community Centre is a lovely, friendly place.
The room where the sessions are to be held is the Cornwall Hall (ground floor with side entrance access)
Access to the room is around the left side of the building.
If you have a yoga mat then bring it otherwise I do have mats.
Definitely bring a cushion, a blanket or 2 (1 can be kept folded)
Wear Comfy clothing.
Refreshments are afterwards
