2 hours of deep relaxation at the Taff Meadow Treforest 😊🙏
Thursday - June 18th - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
We will start with gentle Hatha Yoga and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition. We will then go into a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs, Chau gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, handpan and other instruments. There will be organic chocolates to finish (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
All abilities are welcome. Come to rest and relax. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a bottle of water. Please feel free to bring anything that would make a long relaxation more comfortable.
*Please note that gong baths are not suggested for pregnant women, those with pacemakers, those with sound sensitive epilepsy and those currently experiencing severe mental health issues such as PTSD. Please feel free to message if you would like to discuss 🙂
You will need a mat, 2 pillows (or a yoga bolster / blocks), a blanket and a bottle of water. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time to settle in before we start :)
