75 minutes of deep relaxation at Taff Meadow Treforest 😊🙏
Tuesday - July 22nd - 7:30pm - 8:45pm -
We will start with gentle Yin Yoga and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition. We will then go into a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs, Chau gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, handpan and other instruments. There will be organic chocolates to finish (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
All abilities are welcome. Come rest, relax and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, 2 cushions (or a bolster) and a blanket, anything you need to be comfortable.
*Please note that gong baths are not suggested for pregnant women, those with pacemakers, those with sound sensitive epilepsy and those currently experiencing severe mental health issues such as PTSD. Please feel free to message if you would like to discuss 🙂
You will need a mat, 2 pillows (or a bolster), a blanket and a bottle of water. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time to settle in before we start :)

There is parking outside the centre. Turn by Yummy Kitchen and follow the road all the way around, Taff Meadow is through the red gate, follow the road down to the field.
