Join me for Soul Sanctuary, a monthly new moon gathering where we slow down, reconnect to spirit, and restore our inner light through song, mantra, prayer, and sound healing.
You’ll enjoy being guided to relax into a deeply restorative experience, seated or lying down, where you can get truly cosy and be soothed by the sounds of my voice, mantra, and live sound healing.

Price: £7 per person
Come as you are and give your soul space to rest, heal, and receive.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in before we begin (unless you are joining for yoga before). Please note there will be a yoga class before hand that finishes at 8pm (or as close to), there will be a change over period in between the sessions but if the yoga over runs please wait quietly in the hall.
What to bring:
• A yoga mat (or something soft to lie on)
• Blankets, cushions, or a pillow – make yourself as cosy as possible
• A bottle of water or herbal tea flask
• Optional: eye pillow or scarf for relaxation
You’ll be seated or lying down for most of the session, so wear comfortable, warm layers.
