This 2 hour workshop will focus on self-massage of the C-section scar with breath and movement awareness.
I will guide you through movement, affirmations and massage sequences to heal different scars and stages of healing to prevent or alleviate adhesions.
You will be introduced to yoga micromovements to support long term core strength, blood circulation and healing nerve damage after a C section.
Whether you have just had your 6 week check or you are many years post natal, this will be a positive healing gift to yourself.
Babies will not be present in this workshop so you can give yourself undivided attention for this deep, personal work
Please bring your own blanket.
All other equipment provided at this wonderful venue!
I supply the massage oil (this will either be sunflower of coconut oil but if you been using your own oil please bring it).
massaging your scar in class is of course optional
There will be an opportunity to buy a specially blended essential oil roller ball to further aid your healing.
