Adult Summer Camp where you will learn to Nordic Walk and be introduced to Nordic Circuits.
5 afternoons of fun 'me time' helping you to improve your fitness and enjoy walking in the Clare countryside.
Participants MUST attend the first 3 days to join the walks on days 4 & 5.
NB: The walks on Thursday & Friday will be held at Dromore Woods & Ennistymon Falls
Poles will be provided
You need to be comfortable walking gently for up to 2 hours to attend this camp.
You will be required to complete a health questionnaire on day 1.
Wear comfortable clothing & shoes for walking and exercise. Jeans are not recommended as they can rub if wet. Layers are good in the Irish weather! Trainers are perfect for your feet.
Hat, sunscreen and raincoat are advised!
