A six week course for those brand new to pole. You will learn basic grips, movements, spins and holds. There will also be a focus on conditioning exercises to help gain strength and mobility in the muscle groups we use on the pole.
Level: Beginner
Please bring a drink of water and a towel with you (it can get very sweaty). Please remove all jewellery before starting class. It is best to wear shorts and a vest top for maximum grip on the pole; however leggings and longer tops can be warm for the warm up and spins section of class.
The day before your class you will be sent an email with an information form. Please keep an eye on your emails for this.

Parking is available very close to the studio in the Woodhorn Road public car park (no charges apply). This is located behind Oasis Gym which is next door to the studio.
Our studio is located within Mulvay Dance Academy on the top floor of the building (via stairs) . Accessible by a door to the right of “beauty at your fingertips”
