Join me to begin the week with some well earned ‘you time’ with a meditation and relaxation session.
Lie back and enjoy the nourishing benefits of meditation and let me take you on a guided relaxation to replenish and recharge.
Instructions
Please bring water bottle, yoga mat, blanket & cushion. Let me know if you don’t have any of these & I’ll provide them for you.
