This is the fourth session in the Optimising Performance and Wellbeing webinar series, presented by the New Zealand Law Society – Te Kāhui Ture o Aotearoa in partnership with workplace wellbeing services provider Optimally.
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week, this session focuses on how to support the wellbeing of those around you. Learn how to recognise signs of distress in colleagues, how to offer appropriate assistance–sometimes known as mental health “first aid”, and how to foster a culture of care. We’ll also discuss how building strong, connected workplaces contributes to long-term wellbeing as both a preventative / protective measure and an important mechanism for effective ongoing support throughout the course of a legal career.
Book for this webinar today, and make sure you mark the final webinar in the Optimising Performance and Wellbeing series in your calendar as well:
