The Law Society Auckland New Lawyers Committee invites you to join us for an engaging panel discussion designed for young legal professionals looking to build stronger, more meaningful relationships with their clients.

Our expert panel will share practical strategies, real-world insights, and personal experiences on how to build trust, communicate effectively, and create lasting value in client relationships. You'll hear a range of perspectives:

  • A Barrister Sole, who will speak to the importance of making a strong impression early and quickly building rapport.
  • An in-house lawyer, offering the client’s point of view, what drives long-term trust, how legal services are perceived, and what truly matters in a lawyer-client relationship.
  • A Solicitor, who regularly manages client relationships and can speak to what client's value most, as well as how those relationship skills evolve over time, particularly from a senior perspective.

This is more than a panel, we want to hear from you. Come ready to join the conversation, ask questions, and share your own thoughts in an open, supportive environment.
