This event is eligible for 1 CPD point and we are excited to be introduce Anna Veale as our guest speaker. Anna has a wealth of experience in the wellness industry and has worked with lawyers, CEO’s, professional sporting teams and the marines.
Topics will include:
• Wellbeing in a high stress work environment.
• How to back yourself and ask for that pay rise or promotion.
• The juggles of motherhood and work - tips and tricks.
• Helpful and subtle breathing techniques during busy or tough times.
• Tips for taking control of your day in an uncontrollable environment.
• Q & A session with the coaching queen (so get your questions ready!).
And because we are celebrating, we will have a door prize for a lucky member or two.
