Join me in the limbo between Christmas and New year for a 90 minute class combining fluid vinyasa flow & static Yin to leave you feeling refreshed post Christmas. Our sequence will be designed to stretch out the whole body, calm the nervous system and help you rejuvenate your energy stores.
Family members, dogs, and hangovers all welcome.

25% of profits will be going to Friends of the Family Winchester, a charity that do great work to support families who are struggling to cope. They offer counselling, "befrienders" for children 5 - 13 and group activities.
