I love the quiet, calm and stillness of Yin. This is why I believe the beautiful soothing sounds of the Hapi and Hang drum are the perfect accompaniments as you settle and yield into each gorgeous meditative posture.
My style is gentle, with a somatic approach to help empower students to go within and find the union of mind, body and soul.

In its past life the centre was a mill, making beautiful cloth, now it is a hub of activity.
Home to many businesses large & small. There are fantastic public transport links & plenty of parking onsite. On an evening and weekend you can park in any of the 'reserved' parking spaces.
Our studio is on the 1st floor of building 15. Entrance is via a door under the chimney with Springfield/Gaunts displayed on top. There is also a lift to the left as you come through entrance door.
The studio is warm, welcoming and fully equipped. You dont need to bring anything, but if you have your own yoga mat and other bits please do bring them along. There's filtered water freely available and the best stocked yogi tea cupboard in Leeds ;-)
