Details

A fun and full body workout to improve overall fitness, strength and core. Suitable for all fitness levels - even if you have two left feet!

20 minutes of dance-based aerobics for all levels. Revisit the grapevine, step-touch and a mambo with a happy smile and a bounce in your step!
20 minutes of muscle toning exercises.
20 minutes of core sculpting Pilates.

Instructions

Please bring your mat, small towel and water bottle!
You are welcome to bring your own hand weights.
