Bushra has been practising Pilates for over 15 years and has been teaching for 3 and a half years. Having personally experienced the tangible physical and mental advantages of Pilates on her own path, she is enthusiastic about imparting her passion and knowledge to her clients, illustrating the remarkable benefits that Pilates offers, particularly when practised mindfully.
She admits there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but believes a fitness journey should be enjoyed and not dreaded.
Bushra is trained in BASI Pilates - Comprehensive Teacher Training (Proficiency in various Pilates techniques, including Mat Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Tower and F2), BASI Pilates - Pilates through Pregnancy and Beyond.
