Join me for a morning to Revitalise and Restore

We will begin with a morning flow moving around Surya Namaskar, Salute to the Sun.

We will then move into.a meditation work through some Breath Work (pranayama) and Chanting (mantra) and final rest (shavasana)

The class will be held in Bourne End. Full details provided with booking
