Nervous System soothing Yoga, A Wonderful Sound Bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls, Lunch from Caterer Bake, Bake, Bake (probably a yummy salad box)
All herbal teas and snacks throughout the day
A Pampering session - 30 minutes of Facial, Cranio Sacral therapy, Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, You'll be allocated a slot upon booking, or if you have a particular preference then email me outdooryogapeakdistrict@gmail.com within 24 hours of booking to request that therapy.
Level: Advanced, Beginner & Intermediate
Instructions
Bring a Yoga Mat, props if necessary for your practice, a warm blanket and get ready to feel blissed out!
