A sound journey like no other!
Stories of old used to be more like a performance; sharing the magic using voice and actions. Andy of Painting Sounds is reviving this idea using the sounds of therapeutic instruments to perform a story.
The journey will begin with a storytelling introduction, leading you into the sound meditation where your mind will play out the rest of the story as you rest in a dream-like state. Allowing you to tap in to your imagination and intuition.

(Not suitable for participants who are in the first trimester of pregnancy)

Please bring your own mat or blanket to lay on and also a blanket to keep you warm, along with a cushion or pillow for comfort. Chairs, blocks, bolsters and spare blankets are available at the venue should you wish to use them.
Wear any comfortable, warm clothing and bring a filled water bottle with you.
Please leave your shoes on the shoe rack outside and take all other belongings to a marker mat where you should place your mat/blanket. Your belongings should then be placed next to your mat, keeping your water bottle to hand.
Toilets are available for your use before or after the session.

The Yoga Shed is accessed through the green doorway, set back slightly from the main path between "Occassions" and the Co-op. Walk through the green door and follow the covered walkway straight to the studio door.
There is a small car park charge for parking in the square (max 80p for 3 hours) which can be paid in cash at the machines or using the RingGo App. Alternatively, free parking is available at the community centre and old railway - about 5-8 mins walk away.
