Details
A fun and nurturing four-week emotional wellbeing programme for children from Preschool to Primary 2. Through autumn-inspired creative activities, movement, games, mindfulness and relaxation, children will explore their feelings, build confidence and discover simple calming tools in a warm, supportive environment.
Please note there is no class on 31st October.
Instructions
Comfortable clothing is recommended, and children are welcome to bring a bottle of water.
