Details

The 3MT is a competition that challenges PhD students and postdoctoral researchers to describe their research within three minutes to a general audience. 3MT celebrates the discoveries made by research students and encourages their skill in communicating the importance of research to the broader community.

This year the 3MT for researchers in the Humanities and Social Sciences will take place on Wednesday 7th March 2018 from 2pm to 5pm in seminar room (Radcliffe Humanities). In preparation for the competition, we strongly encourage participants to sign up for our two-part Storytelling workshops, where you can learn how to create compelling narratives and engage your audience.
