SHE CAN BE ACTIVE - Paddleboarding

Details

Open to all ladies 18+ who want to try paddleboarding.

It doesn't matter if you are completely new to paddling, this is a very welcoming and sociable group activity and we will do our very best to help you find your feet.

This is a 90min activity which will include the safety brief.

Safety Briefing:
We will begin with a short off-the-water safety brief to ensure that you are familiar with all necessary safety considerations, your paddleboard and equipment. We will also demonstrate how to get on and off the board safely and answer any questions you may have before heading to the water.

On the Water:
Once we are on the water, we will explore basic forward paddling techniques, turning, and controlling the board whilst enjoying the sights and sounds of the river.

All coaching is based around the needs of each individual paddler, helping you develop your skills and build confidence so that you can fully experience the joys of paddleboarding.

People come in all different shapes and sizes and so do paddleboards. We have a broad range of boards for you to try both to enable you to have a positive paddling experience and also to allow you make an informed choice if you decide to buy your own.
