Find a little breathing space between Christmas and the New Year. Release and restore before stepping into 2026.
NO YOGA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ALL EQUIPMENT, TEA & TREATS PROVIDED
QUIET & CENTRAL LOCATION
This mini-retreat is your peaceful pause: whether you need a break from the Christmas madness, a chance to digest the festive feast (or a big year!), or simply want to stretch out after days on the couch.
Come solo if you’re craving some time for yourself — because no matter how much you love your family, you matter too. Or make it a relaxed catch-up with loved ones. (It also makes a wonderful Christmas gift!).
Expect gentle, accessible yoga, calming mindfulness, and nourishing breathwork to help you reconnect with yourself, let go of the year that’s been, and make space for what’s next. We’ll pause for tea and something sweet, and close with a soothing guided relaxation.
This mini-retreat is suitable for adults of all ages, bodies and experience levels. You are welcome whether you have zero or lots of yoga experience.
I’ll be running this retreat twice this year, as last year’s sold out within hours with a long waiting list. My mini-retreats usually fill up quickly, so I recommend booking early to save your spot.
