Get into the festive spirit by bringing your favourite tipple with you to Pilates.
Put your concentration and co-ordination to the test, and work for your special drink breaks! Feel free to bring your own drink of choice, as long as it's in a wine shaped recepticle. Avid Christmas-ers and Humbugs all welcome!
