Details

Online mat Pilates class suitable for beginners and improvers.
Standing and floor work to improve balance, mobility and strength.
Suitable for those with knee and shoulder issue as there is no kneeling or plank work.

Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Instructions

Log onto zoom 5-10 minutes before class.
Ensure you have the latest version of zoom, full device battery .
Ideally use a mat or work on carpet. make sure you have enough space around you to move.
Stay hydrated throughout the session.
