This beginner-friendly, highly detailed workshop is the perfect place to start acro! While we keep the vibes fun and inclusive, we focus on teaching solid technique and breaking down the finer details that truly set this workshop apart from our regular beginner classes. You’ll build strong foundational skills - learning essential grips, tempos, shapes, and your very first transitions, balances, and poses. We’ll explore how to lift, fly, counterbalance, and find connection and stability with a partner.
No partner or experience needed. All bodies welcome.
You'll leave with a new skill (and maybe a great new Insta pic!).
After this workshop, you’ll be ready to leap into acro with confidence.
AGES - Children age 8-15 are welcome to attend with a participating responsible adult.
Children age 16-17 are welcome to attend with a present responsible adult.
