This 7 week course is designed for beginners and returners who have had a break from regular classes. In each class we will practice Yoga postures, breath work, relaxation and mindfulness. Our focus will be on how to practice with a positive attitude and keep our body safe and comfortable in a non-competitive, supportive atmosphere. This is a small class size (maximum 10 people) where modifications will be given to accommodate injuries and conditions. Suitable for all ages (18+) and body types.
Please bring your own Yoga mat and blanket for relaxation. Comfortable layers are best so you can adjust your temperature. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class to give yourself time to settle and to enable us to begin on time. Our Yoga class is in the quiet Marshman Room at the rear of the Town Hall. Enter through the front main entrance and walk through to the rear of the building. There are a few steps up to access the room.

Adele's Yoga classes are in the Marshman Room at the rear of the Town Hall. Please enter through the main front entrance. There are some steps up to access this venue. There are several pay and display car parks near by in Wells Town Centre.
