Join us for a 6-week Contemporary Floorwork course!
This course is all about getting comfortable on the floor! Understanding how to use your body effectively and safely in floorwork. And learning how to roll, slide, and flow with ease! Developing technique, building new skills and putting all of this into fun 'n' flowy choreography - perfect!
You'll learn how to effectively transition in and out of the floor, finding flow, momentum and developing strength and mobility at the same time. All with the goal of moving smooth like butter!
If you catch yourself watching videos of people doing cool rolls and slides and tricks, and making it look effortless, this is the course for you!
Covered shoulders and long trousers/socks advised.

Dance Space @ The Island

The easiest way to find the correct entrance to The Island is to plug 'Bristol Airsoft' into Google Maps, and follow directions there. This will lead you to the big blue gates. Go through the gates and head to the big blue door (on the right). You'll see a buzzer (to your left) - buzz for Dance Space and we'll let you in!
While there's no parking at The Island there are various multi-story car parks in the area. Have a hunt on Google Maps to find the one most suitable for you.
