Guided meditation that takes you to a realm between dreaming & sleeping, a wonderfully nourishing practice for body and mind.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & extra socks/layers.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket...you may also like to use Yoga blocks, a strap and a pillow/cushion.
