Flowing through poses in time with your breath (whilst keeping the alignment principles of Hatha), a great way to energise, gently increase your heart rate, open up your body and focus your mind.
Whilst I am away on Maternity leave I have some wonderful Yoga teachers stepping in to guide your flow. Anna Proffitt will be taking on the majority of Monday evening class with Jo Shannon stepping in on 9th & 23rd June! If you have any questions, then please get in touch!

Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & socks/layers in the cooler months.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket...you may also like to use Yoga blocks, a strap and a pillow/cushion.
