Under dark, atmospheric UV lighting, shake off the heaviness of Winter, and raise your vibration ready for Spring.
Awaken your spirit as we adorn our skin with (non toxic) UV paint in ritual, to stir your inner fire and activate the rise of Shakti energy.
Expect an energising, heat-building flow that gets you out of your head and fully into your body, we’ll sync breath to rhythm, and drop into the base using movement as medicine. Followed by a grounding, beat-infused meditation to integrate and land.
