This class is suitable for absolute first timers, who want to share the experience with only other beginners, We will take it a bit slower in this class, giving you plenty of time to build up your confidence, with lots of demos and a relaxed pace and atmosphere. You will get individual instruction, guidance and exercises during this 2 hour flying trapeze class and you will get to experience the thrill of flying through the air on our full size "Grand Volant" flying trapeze rig
Please note, that our open classes are also suitable for first timers - the difference is that this class is beginner only
Set outdoors in the grounds of the 270 climbing park, between Cheltenham and Gloucester, the session begins with a gentle but fun warm up, and some brief ground instruction before you get strapped into a safety belt, clipped into safety lines and sent up the ladder to our friendly helpers who will assist you to make your first swings
For those who make good progress, there will be a chance to make a catch during the session - i.e. leave one bar, fly through the air and 'catch' another, allowing you to swing to the far end of the structure.
Poziom: Beginner
You should wear comfortable, easy to move in clothing (such as yoga, or cycling wear), with nothing dangling. Have water, and arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time - parking may be limited, so please car share if at all possible
