A gentle and supportive class designed for new mums to move, rest, and reconnect — both with your body and your baby.
Each session offers mindful movement to ease tension, rebuild strength, and support your recovery after birth. We’ll focus on breath, posture, and core awareness, all at a pace that feels kind and achievable.
Babies are welcome just as they are — sleeping, feeding, wriggling, or cuddling. This is a relaxed and understanding space where you can stretch, bond, and share time with other parents in a nurturing community.
No previous yoga experience is needed. You’re welcome to join from around six weeks postpartum (or 10 weeks with GPs go ahead if you’ve had a caesarean birth).
Please bring a blanket for your baby and anything else that helps you both feel comfortable.
This class is lead by Saara, an experienced teacher passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and into motherhood.
