This is a completely free awareness and skills session. It does not replace or provide a formal workplace first aid or CPR qualification. If you require certification for your workplace or role, you should attend one of our formal accredited training courses.

Please take a moment to read the following information before attending:
1) Arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to check in and get settled.
2) Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. The session includes practical CPR practice, including chest compressions on a training manikin (this is not mandatory and you can be as involved in practical sessions as you like).
3) Please let the instructor know before the session if you have any injury, mobility issue, or other concern that may affect your participation. You can observe any practical activity you are unable to undertake.
4) No previous CPR or first aid experience is required. The session is suitable for beginners.
5) Spaces are limited and reserved for registered attendees. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking where possible so the space can be offered to someone else.
6) This is a free CPR awareness and skills session and does not provide a formal workplace first aid or CPR qualification. If you require certification for your workplace or role, you will need to complete an appropriate accredited course.
