Summer Retreat Day - Monk's Cottage

This summer, in a quiet corner of Cheshire, there's a cottage steeped in stillness, Monk's Cottage. A 900 year old sanctuary that once held the silent devotion of meditating monks. Now, its a space for YOU!

Join us for a beautiful summer day retreat at the magical Monks Cottage - a chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a day reconnecting with yourself in beautiful surroundings.

Think sunshine through the trees in the cottage gardens home to bee hives and chickens, gentle movement, nourishing food, meaningful connection and plenty of time to simply exhale.

We’ll begin the day with a gentle, accessible Kundalini yoga practice (think sunshine for the soul ☀️) designed to help you soften, reconnect and leave feeling lighter. No experience needed - this is all about moving in a way that feels good for you.

Throughout the day there’ll be space to slow down, enjoy wholesome food, spend time with lovely like minded women and take part in a gentle creative activity with a little something meaningful to take home.
Consider this your invitation to pause for a moment. To leave the to-do list behind, fill your own cup for a change and spend the day being looked after.
